Expo 2

 LOGICAL MATEHMATICAL INTELLIGENCE

is the ability to understand, manipulate, and apply logic, numbers, and reasoning to comprehend how something works, to detect an existing framework or pattern, or even to create something.

Characteristics of logical-mathematical intelligence include:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Enjoys thinking about abstract ideas.
  • Likes conducting scientific experiments.
  • Good at solving complex computations.

If your child has a natural aptitude for logical mathematical intelligence, you can help them improve their skills by using memory or logic games, math puzzles, computer programs, hands-on projects, pattern recognition, data analysis, and other activities. Although it is commonly assumed that those who want to improve their logical intelligence should be proficient in math, this is not always the case. You can improve your logical mathematical intelligence with commitment and effort.

BODILY KINESTHETIC INTELLIGENCE

It is important to remember that all intelligences work together; however, each has its essential component. When we talk about the ability to use our body to express emotions, play or create new things, we refer to the use of bodily-kinesthetic intelligence. Like other intelligences, we are born as children and develop it as we experience, explore, and discover the world around us.

Bodily-kinesthetic intelligence is one of the eight intelligences that make up Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences. It is important to remember that Gardner defines intelligence as “the ability to solve problems or produce products that are of importance in a given cultural context or community.”

Characteristics of people with developed bodily-kinesthetic intelligence:

• Develop creative ideas while exercising.

They keep a notebook or their cell phone recorder to collect the ideas that occur to them while working out either in the gym or running outside.

• They enjoy activities related to relaxation and contact with the body, such as yoga.

Enter a state of relaxation and awareness of their mind and body by performing different postures, stretches, and exercises. In turn, they integrate the development of intrapersonal intelligence.

• They have hobbies and businesses related to their creations.

o They exhibit their creations and love to share their hobbies and even live off their artistic creations such as paintings, handicrafts, and handicrafts.

• They love to paint, build sculptures, and do crafts.

o In their free time, they love to work with clay, paints, and different types of manual materials to create.

• Play mime games and roles.

o They enjoy playing games that include mimes, riddles, and role-playing. They have to act or use body movement to represent emotions.

LINGUISTIC INTELLIGENCE

is having an understanding and appreciation for the rules and functions of a specific language. It can also be described as the ability to learn languages as well as the ability to use that language to achieve or accomplish goals.

A student with strong linguistic intelligence may remember new words very easily and use them quickly. Supporting and developing linguistic intelligence involves encouraging learners to enjoy real communicating through reading and writing, and speaking and listening.

MUSICAL INTELLIGENCE

Music is part of our lives from the moment we are born. As human beings, we celebrate the most important activities or occasions in our lives with music. Our day-to-day is full of situations that bring up mind memories to identify rhythms and melodies.

That is why we do not have to be professional musicians to think about music; we all have musical intelligence. The development of musical intelligence dates back to ancient times, with musical instruments as archaeological evidence.

Musical intelligence is one of the eight intelligences that make up Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences. It is important to remember that Gardner defines intelligence as “the ability to solve problems or produce products that are of importance in a given cultural context or community.”

Characteristics of people with developed musical intelligence:

• Think musically.

  • His thought is abstract in the form of music. They associate all their thoughts with some melody or musical tone.

• Appreciate music.

  • They love to perform musical pieces. They appreciate every aspect of music, its melody, rhythm, and tone.

• Compose music and identify musical instruments.

  • They can compose musical pieces. In the same way, they can take apart a piece and identify the sounds of all the instruments used in it.

• Play musical instruments.

  • They read the musical staff and play different musical instruments. This lets them know which instrument is out of tune, rhythm, or melody.

• Listen to music all the time.

  • Music is part of their daily life. They constantly listen to music or hum songs when there is usually silence.

This was the second part of the expositions, I hope to continue learning new methods to put into practice, in class or with our peuqeños brothers.
See you guys in the next blog, be good.

Multiple Intelligences

This week we begin with God's blessing.

We started with the DCU friends, they spoke for about 30 minutes or a little more, the message was very nice where we learned that we must learn from our mistakes, we were invited to the cells that perform during the week their schedules.

Then we started with the first exhibition Spatial Intelligence.

Is the ability to visualize a space and imagine it from different angles, noting facets and fine details, as well as recognizing visual scenes without the presence of the physical stimulus.

However, this isn’t the sole criterion that determines the abilities of spatial intelligence. A person can have an acute sense of visual perception, but lack the abilities to imagine, draw or transform that same perception in the absence of the stimuli. Spatial Intelligence then becomes an amalgamation of different abilities.

Collaborative Approach

We resume our blog, I hope you liked and learned with the previous blogs, I will be trying to explain very well so we can continue learning together guys.

Collaborative Approach

Involves pupils working together on activities or learning tasks in a group small enough to ensure that everyone participates. Pupils in the group may work on separate tasks contributing to a common overall outcome, or work together on a shared task.

Communitive Language Learning

👉I need learn my atribe" to learn .
👉They back me up .
👉Nothing prepared; just go with the flow.
👉Record students' conversation.
👉 Analyze the conversation and teach from the findings.

Content-based learning

👉Considered to be collaborative when group work is promoted. Linside the classroom.

Task-based learning

👉Groupwork evoles to teamwork.
👉Small steps lead students to the achivement of big objectives.
👉 Planning is needed.
👉Short activities can be considered as tash-based, but usually well-crafted projects are required.

This day Mr. Orlando gathered us in groups and asked us a question about what project we did in school, we discussed it in the group and it was interesting to realize that we did different projects, some of us participated in plays, others in their science projects, I love to share with my group.💖

Attached photos of that day of classes
👇

Also that same day I gave us the results of the quiz and the first partial that we did a few weeks before on the previous topics of my blogs.

On the same day I draw the themes for the next exhibitions.

Guys!!!!!
Stay tuned to my blog, we still have a lot to learn and I like it to be together, I will continue to share with you.
SEE YOU SOON.

Exposition time!!!

All the students went on to expose a method, here are some evidences...

Community Language Learning

Is a language teaching method which involves psychological aspect and students work together to develop what skill of a language they would like to learn. This method firstly developed by Charles A. Curran and his association which is called Counseling-Learning theory.

Community is important for learning a language because it makes it far more likely that students will be able to immerse themselves in the learning process. Immersion has been recognised to be one of the very best ways to learn a language.

Typical features of a CLL lesson:
  • target language/mother tongue.
  • teacher/learner-centred.
  • counselling role for teacher; client roles for learners.
  • in-a-circle seating for learners.
  • recorder inside circle and teacher outside.
  • TL dialogue generated learner by learner (helped as necessary by teacher)

Total Physical Response (TPR)

It is simply a method through physical activity.

Based on the teaching of its creator, James Asher, the more often the memory connection is made, the stronger the memory association will be and the more likely it will be remembered.

Advantage and disadvantage 😱

If there is a doubt, here is the link where TPR is explained in a better and more understandable way.

The Direct Method.

 The Direct Method

A direct method of teaching, also known as the natural method, is rarely used for foreign language teaching.

It was established in Germany and France in 1900 and differs from the grammatical translation method and traditional approaches.

It is important to know that the basic idea of the direct method was to have more oral interaction, to make spontaneous use of the language, without translation of the first and second language, with or without any analysis of grammatical rules.

The direct method is on target, it is used or can be used in everyday situations, as it is very effective in creating fluent speakers of the language.
This direct method effectively helps the learner not only by asking him/her to do a translation, but can also ask him/her to complete sentences or read literary works.

In order for us to better understand.

(De) Suggestopedia

It is a method of teaching a foreing languague in which students learn quicky by
feeling realex, interested, and positive.

Origin of suggestopedia

* 1970s
* Yoga
* Physychology

Exercise in class with classical music

We did this activity while listening to classical and baroque music, it was too interesting for me.
